The Great Puppy Project 2021

Bailey blessed us once again this summer with a beautiful litter of golden retriever puppies.  This go-around went much better for her as she had her puppies in the middle of the day while we were outside playing.  She was so funny as she did not want to miss out on playing with the kids, but would go off and have a puppy, clean it up, and then come to check and see what we were doing.  She ended up with 7 puppies all together, 4 females and 3 males.  They were all healthy and we were all more than willing to help snuggle and care for these playful babies.

Ashlyn was in charge of the project this year and was able to bank some good money to help with college and mission.

I was trying to teach Bailey to recognize Whitlee's name one night and I told Bailey, "Go find Whitlee" and this is what she did!

We decided to keep one of the pups this time so that Bailey wouldn't be quite so lonely while the kids are at school.  We named her Sage and the kids have loved having another puppy around.

Ashlyn might have babied her too much and now she thinks she needs to be packed around, which of course makes Bailey jealous and Tanner has to baby her a little too.

Best summer project ever!
