Ian's Engineering Camp

Idaho State University does this amazing Engineering and Robotics camp free of cost, they even feed the kids and give them rides to and from campus all for free.  The activities that they do are fun, educational, and all-around amazing, especially because they incorporate lots of competition, which my kids love.

We talked three of Ian's friends into signing up with him this year and I think these boys had a lot of fun!

On the last day of the camp, parents are invited and they fed us a light dinner, had a competition to see who could guess how much weight a concrete pipe could hold, had raffles, gave out awards, and launched rockets!

Ian won several awards! Including a lego structures award, a different award for a compaction competition, and 2nd place in the bridge building competition.
