A Birthday Date with Whit Bug

We started a tradition a couple of years ago that on the month of our kids' birthdays, they each get a birthday date with mom and dad.  Birthday dates include an activity and dinner at a restaurant!  The kids absolutely love it and look forward to it with great anticipation.  This year for Whitlee's birthday activity, she chose geocaching.  People post GPS coordinates on a website that lead to a treasure and also give some helpful hints to find them.  Whitlee loved it!  One of our treasure hunts led us to a cute little Pioneer Park in Shelley, where we chased wild bunnies and spent time exploring the different elements of the park.

And we topped it off with a trip to Applebees.  This little caboose had the best time having mom and dad all to herself!
