Ian's 8th Grade District Championships

Ian had trhe opportunity this year to participate on the 8th grade boys basketball team, which we are calling a miracle, as COVID still has much of the United States closed down.  At first, it looked like parents would not be allowed to attend games, but that was changed so that we were able to enjoy his whole season.

Ian continues to grow physically and as a player every year.  And though he isn't a starter and doesn't always get the most playing time, he gives it all he's got when he gets in.  This kid has a huge heart and is loved by everyone he comes into contact with.  His true talent lies in making friends with both kids and adults and also having a positive attitude.

This is a very athletically talented team and they have now gone undefeated for two years in a row, winning districts both years.

This is a fun group of boys and we can't see what they will accomplish as they continue their road into high school next year.
