The Family Boat

Clear back in February we decided that we would like to get a boat that our family could use to make some fun memories together.  We live 30 minutes away from a humongous reservoir and several other smaller lakes and we knew we would really enjoy a boat.  So we started looking for boats in the Winter because we wanted to be boating as soon as it warmed up.  And we found a boat we loved for a good price.  Unfortunately, we didn't take a mechanic with us and we couldn't test drive it since it was still winter and we ended up buying a boat with a broken engine block.  Ugh! $$$$$  After lots of dollars spent to fix it and a month in the shop we finally have the thing up and running and we are having so much fun!!

Our kids are growing up so fast and we want to enjoy every last minute we get to spend with them before they embark on their own life adventures.  Every memory has been worth the money and the hassle.  We are so glad to have something so fun to bring us together!
