Boys Night Out

Tanner got to go on his first ever Scout over-nighter, so of course his brothers were dying to come too... so like a good daddy Zac took all of his boys out 10 miles from our house to burn some tin foil dinners over a fire and pitch a tent on one of the windiest nights of the summer.

But they had a lot of fun.  They played in this crystal clear pond and saw some huge fish swimming in there.

This little buster got to sleep in a tent with his daddy! 

And everyone had lots of food to feast on, which is really what Scouting is all about.

Meanwhile... us girls had a lot of fun with the boys gone.  We watched ourselves a chick flick, then gave ourselves matching hair-dos and had a sleep over in mom's bed.  Whitlee sadly had to sleep in her own bed because she is still too naughty, but we love her anyways and still spoiled her with popcorn an swedish fish.

Overall it was a win for everyone.  We should send our boys away more often!
