RUN: Part 4, We blessed the Boy

Zac was able to give Bronson a name and a blessing on March 25 (our last Sunday in our Rigby ward), which worked out great because it happened to be on Charlotte's birthday and we celebrated her birthday along with the blessing with a big dinner and cake and ice cream with all our family.  It was also nice to have our last Sunday be on a fast Sunday so that we could bear our testimonies and say goodbye to our wonderful friends in Rigby.
The downside to when we blessed Bronson, was it just so happened to be the day after we moved.  We slept in our house for the first time that Saturday night and then spent all night searching through boxes making sure that we had church clothes, underwear, toothpaste, and shampoo.  And admist packing like my life depended on it, I spent Friday making food for the blessing and baking and decorating birthday cake and cupcakes.
We did pretty good, even though Tanner ended up having to go to church in jeans and Ian was wearing Tanner's underwear.  We packed up the baby blessing shoes/ and socks and burried it in long term storage... so the baby went barefoot!  Then my camera was also burried in a box somewhere, so I actually didn't get these pictures until a week later when I made the boy put the blessing outfit back on.
But we made it and Zac gave Bronson a very special blessing, in which he told Bronson to always be mindful of his namesake (Zac's angel brother Micah) and told him to listen to the wisdom of his mother (I liked that part the best).  He also blessed him with health and strength so that he could one day serve a mission and provide for a spouse and an eternal family.  Zac is an amazing man and I am so grateful how he honors his priesthood.  I love watching him spend such personal and precious time with each of our babies a day or so before they are blessed so that he can think about that baby and what kind of blessing that baby may need.  These kids are so lucky to have an amazing daddy!

Bronson in his blessing outfit...I had a little white tie that went with it, but somehow, it is lost in our mess of moving :(

He didn't cry or make a peep during the blessing, just took everything in like the calm and peaceful boy that he is.
