It seems like just yesterday, Ian was into everything and I didn't know how we could both possibly survive to see him reach adulthood.  Okay, that really was just yesterday... but today we are doing battle with Charlotte.  This little girl is quite possibly going to kill me with exhaustion because she is into EVERYTHING and goes EVERYWHERE!  I seriously dream at night that I am constantly having to rescue this child from danger.  Here are a few of the highlights...

Yeah, she looks sweet and innocent here holding a broom, but what you don't see is the mess she is on her way to clean up that SHE made!

 Let me explain this picture to you.  This is me taking a picture of my darling four year old boy down and ready to field a ball.  However, in the five seconds it took me to snap the photo, Charlotte is already on the run and headed to the middle of the baseball field.  She has discovered that of all the places at the park to be playing, the middle of the field during a baseball game is the best place.  Pretty much any place with an edge of danger to it suits her well... mom's lap definately doesn't qualify.  Stranger's laps, yes please!  During Tanner and Ashlyn's baseball game last week, she walked right up to a middle aged man and plopped right down on his lap, and that is where she stayed for most of the game, everytime mom tried to get her she would come undone, much to the embarrassment of aforementioned mother.

 

A tennis court, what a great place for a baby to play, it's like a giant playpen, what possible trouble could she find here... 

... how about the only puddle on the whole court!

Even so we still love her, even when she is growling, pinching, pulling hair, and biting us!
