We're Ballers

With four kids in basketball this year we have been spending about as much time in gyms as we have in our own living room.  And we couldn't be having more fun!

Ian is on a 5th/6th combined team this year and is just starting a travel team.  He is really getting great at his jump shots and is awesome at grabbing rebounds.

 

Charlotte is on a 3rd/ 4th grade team and is really improving at her dribbling.  She has gotten some shots in and is enjoying getting in there and being aggressive.  

And Ashlyn played her first year of high school basketball on the Freshman C Team, which meant a much longer season and playing games all over the valley including road trips over two hours away and an over-nighter.  Every year that she plays she learns and grows by leaps and bounds.  We have been so proud of her dedication even when it involved 6 a.m. practices every day!  And through it all she continued to take piano lessons, work a part time job, and kept her grades at a 4.0.  She really is an amazing girl!
