End of Summer Fun

Despite Covid ruining everything, we were able to squeeze in a few exciting activities to wrap up our summer.  Zac and I participated in a date night hosted by the Museum of Idaho, which was a Great Race/ Treasure Hunt type activity.  We met with about 20 other couples and were given clues on an app that led us all around downtown Idaho Falls chasing clues, trying to be the first back to the museum with the most amount of points.  Zac and I were awesome.  We felt like we won... but the official results put us closer to 5th.  We still went home with a lovely Xylophone, yes a Xylophone as a prize.  And I have regretted ever since that I didn't just put that darn Xylophone in the garbage can before we got home, because apparently, our kids love Xylophone music.

Here are a few shots that we took during the race.

Charlotte was invited to a friends 80's themed birthday party and boy did this take me back!

And Whitlee continues to develop her own craft projects.  This was one snazzy mask that she designed and created all on her own.

We also decided to fun to the forest to enjoy those beautiful Fall colors before the leaves all dropped.  Nature was gorgeous and peaceful and so refreshing.  We were able to connect with our cousins camping nearby to create some beautiful memories.

We have had so many beautiful sunsets this fall, it never gets old.
