Yellowstone 2020

Charlotte had a free National Parks Pass this year through the fourth-grade program and we decided that this would be a great year to go to Yellowstone, while we "thought" that the whole world would be avoiding travel and staying home quarantining.  We were apparently a little wrong about that notion, there were still plenty of people in the park, but we were impressed with the safety measures the Park had put in place that helped us feel distanced and safe.

Fortunately, the buffalo weren't under quarantine and we saw plenty of them throughout the park.

We were missing Tanner and Ian as they decided to stay behind at the cabin to hang with cousins.
We had the best of luck during this trip and hit several geysers just as they were ready to go off.  What a miracle of nature!

On the way to Yellowstone, we always love to look for Sawtell.  Locals say Sawtell looks like a great Native American chief who laid down to take a rest.
Ashlyn drew it out for the kids so that the kids could see it!

We are so blessed to have this miracle of nature right in our backyard.  I will never get tired of exploring this park!
