Summer Fun

We are so excited to finally have Summer here!  We have been looking forward to living in our swimming suits all Spring.  Last year, Zac dug a ditch and made it possible to flood irrigate a little pond that he had dug when he landscaped the house and the kids have taken advantage of this to paddle around in our little kayak.

We also cherish our nights around the fire pit, roasting everything, and telling stories and playing games.  Bailey feels like she is an important part of the family and even thinks she needs her own seat.

We also broke out the boat over Memorial Day weekend and we couldn't believe how good it felt to be out on the water again.  That water was FREEZING cold, but the kids didn't care one bit.  They were just so happy to be out.

Oh how we love summertime!
