Zac Meets His Idol

Zac has a refined taste in music.  Growing up out in the middle of literal nowhere and ranching with his brother and cousins instilled with him a love of the old OLD country songs, like 1920's old country songs.  Several years ago when we created our Pandora account and he created a station for his Old Man Country Music, he discovered an artist that kept popping up in his Pandora station that he absolutely loved Wylie and the Wild West.  He formed a new station specifically for Wylie and pretty much only listens to this station when he listens to music.  Wylie refers to Wylie Gustafson who is probably the most famous yodeler in the world and is the voice of the Internet search engine, Yahoo!'s YAAAAAHOOOOOOOOO yodel.

To my complete surprise and astonishment a couple of weeks ago posters started popping up around town that Wylie and the Wild West would be performing HERE in our small town!  Not only did we rush right out and buy tickets, but we bought FRONT ROW tickets.  Zac wanted to make sure we got there plenty early because he was sure it would be a mad house with everyone wanting to get into the concert (um, it wasn't).  Not only was it not a mad house, but when we turned around to scan the crowd, we were quite literally the ONLY ones without gray or white hair.  Boy Howdy, it was a rowdy concert.  Ha!  Because it was so chill, Zac was able to visit with Wylie before the concert and again at intermission when he bought THREE CD's!! and got them autographed.
