Spoken Like a Man

On Sunday the kids like to come in our room in the morning and snuggle with us in our bed.  We were talking about where the kids rooms would be in the new house and who would share rooms with whom.  Ian said, "Mom, I want to share a room with you and Dad.  There is room in your bed and I could just sleep in bed with you.  I was thinking this over when he added, "I would be a big help to you at night."  Wow, that sounds seriously tempting...
Me: "You mean, you would get up at night and help me with Charlotte and Bronson?"
Ian: "Oh yeah, whenever I hear them crying, I would wake you up so that you can go get them!"

Hmmmmm.... pass, I already have a roommate that fills that qualification!
