A Trip to Conference

 We have had a desire for a long while to take our kids to a General Conference session.  We had the opportunity to go several years ago when the oldest three kids were old enough to go, but the youngest three had never been.  Finally, everyone is old enough to sit through a conference session and nabbed some tickets for the Sunday afternoon session.  We drove down early Sunday morning and listened to Conference as we came.  We were able to arrive early enough to walk around Temple Square, which is still under heavy construction, but was very interesting to walk around.  It was a chilly day, but we were happy to see signs of Spring with the beautiful flowers blooming! Even Ashlyn had a little tour of the Conference Center as she called in on her P-Day as we were letting out of Conference!

We can't wait for construction on the Temple to be complete!  We are so excited to go through the open house in a couple of years.
