The Best Pet We Have Ever Had

I don't know why we bother with dogs, cats, fish, frogs, salamanders, crawdads, and who knows what other pets we have had over time.  The funnest, most entertaining, and lovable pet we have ever owned is Whitlee May.

We are training her to do tricks...

She is hanging all by herself and she thought she was pretty hot stuff.  She kept wanting to do it again and again.

We are also teaching her to play games... like bumper pool: 

This happened when I was out one night and I am told no injuries were sustained.

And our pet baby is oh so smart!  She can already read: 

And she interacts well with others of her kind: 

She was having a fun time with cousin Hadley playing with each others feet.

And at the end of the day, we just put her back in her cage:

 

And she goes right to sleep!

Best. Pet. Ever.

 At least for one more year until she turns into a toddler, then we may consider trading her for a goat.
