Do You Like My Hat?

Yes, I love that party hat! (Go, Dog, Go!, in case you don't have kids.)

Poor Ashlyn kept wearing her dad's Elmer Fudd snow hats to school, so when I got a craft bug in me, I decided to try my hand at crocheting a snow hat.  I bought the cute fuzzy purple yarn that I have always wanted to buy, but never knew what to do with, and Voila! It's a hat.  She loved it so much she showed it at show-and-tell on Monday... which is the ultimate compliment for a mother.
