Laundry, There's No Escaping It

As I was tucking Ian into bed the other night, I went through my normal routine of setting up our "dream date".  Every night I create a scenario for the two of us, wind surfing in Hawaii, racing monster trucks around an arena, having a candy eating contest in candy land, etc.  When I tucked him in this is the conversation that took place.

Me:  "Ian, Are you going to dream about me tonight?"
Ian:  "Yeah, I'll dream about you, but I'll dream you are doing laundry!"
Me: "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
Ian: "Oh yeah!"

Only three and he already has a sinister mind.

My other favorite vocabulary from him this week is the way he likes to hear me in the "Baby Thermometer" (baby monitor) and loves to eat Browines with Sparkles (sprinkles).
