Where Santa Draws the Line

After seeing a commercial on TV where a little boy gets a puppy with a bow around its neck for Christmas, Ashlyn turned to me with a smirk..."Mom, people can't get pets for Christmas, how in the heck is Santa supposed to make a real puppy in his workshop?"

That's right Ashlyn, Santa won't be bringing any pets anytime soon!

I've always wanted to get into marketing and run a commercial that says, "Kids, if you ask for this product for Christmas and don't get it, Santa must not exist." Then, as much as all the parents in the world would hate the product, they would be forced to buy it for their children.

I really should have been a super villian. It's a shame they didn't have that major at the school I attended.
