Fondant Challenge

Charlotte has been very interested in cake decorating and entered a cake into the State Fair.  She has been curious to try her hand at fondant decorating and so we decided to have a fondant decorating challenge with the girls one night.  We each made up occasions such as birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc. and then a theme such as Disney, Vehicles, etc..  We each drew an occasion and a ttheme and had to make a cake for it.

Charlotte had a Barbie Theme for a Wedding

I had a Hippie Theme for a Baptism cake

And Whitlee had a Farm Theme for a Birthday

We had tons of fun and also tons of frustrations as we learned to use fondant.  I am so impressed with my girls!
