Ground Hogs for Dinner

I saw this darling idea on Pinterest for a Ground Hog's Day dinner, and I knew the minute I saw it that 1) I would have to make it! and 2) I would totally bomb it, because I am too lazy to give it the time and detail that a hot dog dinner deserves.  However, I half butted it (does that expression work without the swear?) and I think it still turned out okay.  The kids were thrilled!

I give you hot dog ground hogs in a potato mound surrounded by beans!

And for all I know, they are probably made out of actual ground up hogs... so win win for a holiday dinner.
