Zac Gets Released

In August, Zac was called at Stake Conference to be the new second councilor in the stake presidency!  Which cut off his tenure as Bishop after only 4 years.  And though Zac was very excited to be part of a new stake presidency, it was also very hard for him to say goodbye to his mantel as Bishop.  He especially loved spending time with the Youth (kids aged 12-18) doing fun activities and having spiritual experiences together.

As a farewell to the Youth (we really aren't going anywhere and he will still see them and work with them plenty!), we invited them all to our house for a going away party.

Using an idea we got from Tanner's mission president, we bought some new buckets from Home Depot, lots of ice cream, syrups, and toppings, and used a cement mixer to make giant batches of milkshakes!

We also busted open a pinata!

We will miss having these Youth frequent our home.
