Winter Fun!

This Winter has been so long, so cold, and so snowy!  It feels like Spring will never come.  So to pass the time until we can once again comfortably play outside, we had to be creative with some good family fun.

On a day when Charlotte had an exceptionally long lunch break, I took her to check out The Teton House where she had a hand in doing some demo work while working for Dad!

Ian made us a beautiful chicken pot pie on his Kid's Cook Sunday.

Zac was able to go with the Youth in our ward to Pebble Creek for Stake Ski Night, and he brought his good buddy Bronson along for some good skiing practice.  Bronson has gotten so good at skiing this year!

Ian decided to trade in his skis for a snowboard this year and has been learning how to board this year!

On a particularly horrible snowy day, we headed into Idaho Falls to check out the Toytopia exhibit at the Museum of Idaho.  It was pretty cool!

As Charlotte gets closer to being a teenager, we have been helping her perfect her glares and eye rolls.  On this particular night we decided to all take a picture of our meanest faces!
Groundhog Day came and that dang Groundhog predicted another 6 weeks of Winter.  To celebrate how much we hate that dude, we created his likeness and ate him!
Charlotte has been wanting some new pants and her dad has been harassing her about being a fashion trend setter instead of a follower.  So, one weekend when he took the Young Men to our cabin on an outing, us girls went and bought some pants from DI and then we gave them our own fashion flair!
