Ian Soccer Master

Ian decided to try another year of soccer this year.  I think the motivating factor in choosing soccer for another year was the anticipation of having the "cooler" uniform that the older players get to wear.  Unfortunately, we found out that he had to play one more year in the lame green and yellow reversible jerseys.  Regardless, he had a great time and is really becoming quite a soccer player!

Ian's favorite position is goalie.  I kind of think it's because he doesn't have to run as much, but he does a pretty decent job at goalie, so hey it works out.

But sometimes, he gets a fire in him to play the field and when he does, he is awesome!

I loved watching this boy play and grow and gain coordination and confidence this year.

Another thing I loved about Ian's soccer games is that they were always the late games and we got to sit out as the temperatures finally started to cool down and watch these gorgeous sunsets.  We live in such a beautiful area.
