The Beauty of Big Springs

There is a beautiful place in the forest near the place where our family cabin resides.  It is a beautiful, serene, magical place where the water flows peacefully down the mountain and forms the most crystal clear pond that turns into a river you have ever seen.  There is a charming little historic cabin built by Johnny Sack a 5'0" tall German immigrant with a darling little water wheel.  There is a bridge where you can stand on for hours peering at the giant fish who live underneath protected from fishing in that area and you can delight in the squeals of the little ones as they throw food in and watch those fish swarm for the food.  And we just so happened to be able to be there with some of our favorite people (our cousins) on one of the most beautiful weather days ever.
