Mulligan!
In case you're not a golf expert like myself, the term "Mulligan" means a "do-over"... or in this case, I am calling it a "do again" because Oh baby! did we ever have fun golfing as a family.
Zac's love for golfing started back at BYU in Provo as he took a golfing class to improve his corporate relation skills, laugh not, he has actually used his golfing class in his career more often than many of his other classes. After the boy found his love for golf and got good, he eventually roped me into it. It is now our traditional birthday date. Every year on our birthday we head for the hills with our golf club, rain or shine and even sometimes with a baby strapped to the golf cart!
The weather was beautiful a while back and we decided it was time to take the kids out to see what damage they could do with some golf club sets we bought at DI. We bought several buckets of balls and let the kids rain havoc on the driving range. It was fun to see people eyeing us and counting our kids and then indiscreetly moving to the opposite end of the driving range.
And after Charlotte and Bronson hit their limit, they decided to explore a nearby wheat field.
All in all a great family outing, a definite Mulligan.
