Javelin Lessons

 We were so excited when it was announced that javelin would be added as a track and field event in 2025.  Ian and Bronson have been throwing the shotput and discus and are really excited to learn to throw the javelin.  We are so blessed to live in an area with friends who have thrown the javlin in high school and college.  Our awesome friend Kelly threw the javelin with the BYU track and field team for four years and offered to come and give us some pointers!

I'm so excited to see what these kids can do when track and field starts in the spring!
