Summer Fun

Here are a few fun pics from over the summer.

These two sure love each other and have a wonderful brother/sister relationship.

Whitlee's baby bunny grew up and is now ginormous!!  She escaped about 2-3 weeks ago and we can't catch her, she is impossibly fast.  However, she still hangs around and we like seeing appearances from her daily.  She just doesn't want to be caught.

Whitlee's hen on the other hand is a sweetheart.  She is the easiest of all the chickens to catch and allows Whitlee to pack her around like a domesticated pet.  She is finally starting to lay eggs after six months of raising her and Whitlee loves having pets.

Usually over Labor Day we head for the hills.  However, this year Ian had a football game during the Labor Day weekend, so we stuck around and because we were in town we got to attend our first ever Eastern Idaho State Fair Parade

Teenagers are so fun because they are at a stage that everything I do embarrasses them.  There were plenty of opportunities for me to be embarrassing as I called out to friends from our community in the parade.

Candy rained from the skies.  We have never seen so much candy come from a single parade.

Here are a few pics from the Eastern Idaho State Fair.  My kids love the fair and look forward to it every year.

The cutest baby pigs ever... maybe a future pet?

So much fun!
