Stay Little!

I used to think Growing Pains were the pains that came from growing and learning new things.  Now I think is a reference to how painful it is for a parent as they watch their children grow and mature and realize that they will never be this young and sweet ever again.

Whitlee May is growing up waaaaaaaaay too fast.

She has graduated from the Bumbo to a highchair.

She thinks it's pretty great.

And guess whose hair is long enough for piggy tails... 

Charlotte thinks she is pretty great.

This is how she insists on sleeping with her feet through the slats of the crib.  Before I know it, she will be out of the crib all together :(

But in the meantime, we are enjoying every little moment with this little bug.

This is her attempt to crawl last month at Christmastime.  She gets so lazy that she has to take lots of rests and when we try to encourage her, she shakes her head no at us!
