Ice Skating

During Christmas break my sister came down and all of my sisters and nieces and nephews went ice skating together... except us :( We had to miss because of other committments.  Our kids were sad that they had missed out on the experience and cousin time, so we took them on another night that worked better for us.  None of the kids had ever been ice skating before... and they did NOT love it!

Thank goodness for the ice rink buddies.  They made it possible for our little ones to join in on the fun.

And maybe the big ones too.

Fun or not, it was certainly an experience they will never forget and now when we enjoy the Winter Olympics this year, they can really appreciate the athleticism of the ice athletes!
